TERMS &

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the High Elo Gaming ("HEG") site, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any of them, stop using the site. HEG may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Users

Site services are available to people 18 and over with legal capacity to contract. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and accept responsibility for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchase Process

All listings are subject to stock availability. HEG reserves the right to accept or reject any order and may cancel orders in the case of pricing errors, stockouts, or suspected fraud. On confirming your order, you'll be taken to our secure payment processor. The purchase is effective once payment is confirmed.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise marked. HEG may change prices at any time without notice. The price in effect at order confirmation is the price that applies. In the event of an involuntary pricing error, HEG may cancel the order and notify you.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through our secure card processor. Accepted methods:

• Credit cards (installments subject to your issuer)
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)
• Direct bank transfer

For crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT), PayPal, or other alternative rails, email soporte@highelo.storeor message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll coordinate the transaction.

Financing plans, installments, and interest rates are set by your card issuer.

6. Shipping

HEG ships across the 12 districts. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout from your postal code. Estimated delivery:

• Same city: 1-2 business days
• Regional: 2-4 business days
• Cross-country: 3-5 business days
• Remote districts: 5-7 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside HEG's control. On dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email. On receipt, inspect the packaging and contents. Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty

All products sold by HEG carry the manufacturer's official warranty, with a minimum of 6 months. To initiate a warranty claim, email soporte@highelo.store with your order number and a description of the fault.

HEG manages the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process with the manufacturer. Verification and resolution timelines depend on the manufacturer.

8. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, negligence, or accident
• Physical damage (impact, drops, liquid)
• Units with security seals broken
• Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
• Damage from voltage variance or faulty electrical installations
• Normal wear and tear

9. Exchanges & Returns

To request an exchange or return, the unit must be in original packaging, unused, with all accessories. Contact HEG within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law provides a cooling-off period, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without justification and at no cost. To exercise this right, email soporte@highelo.store indicating your intent. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. Refund is issued to the original payment method.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

HEG collects the personal data necessary to process orders, shipments, and related communications. Data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties other than those necessary for shipping and payment processing (logistics carriers, payment processors). You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by emailing soporte@highelo.store.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, design, source code) is the property of HEG or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HEG operates. Any dispute arising from use of the site or purchases made through it will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
