What changed
The 9070 XT slots in above the 9060 XT and matches the 4080 Super on most 1440p ultra benches we ran in-house. Memory bus stays at 256-bit. Power envelope holds at 304W; one 12V-2x6 or two 8-pins, depending on the board partner.
Why we're capping it
Every drop we've done since DROP 04 has had at least one reseller bot try to vacuum the Pulse SKUs. The cap stays on until the dust settles. If you missed this one, the next tranche lands inside three weeks.
